In working with established associations, APG, Inc. acts as an independent evaluator of all aspects of operations. The resultant information is the basis for the development of an action plan for problem resolutions.

APG, Inc. is experienced in assisting Associations in addressing their management requirements. This assistance can include assistance in the development of specifications for management services or job description for onsite staff, advertising, interviewing, evaluation and implementation amongst other things. APG, Inc. can assist in the development of procedures, Rules & Regulations and provide escrow document packages, etc.
