Our initial emphasis on Operational Planning is to establish a concept of operations which clearly outlines the levels of service to be provided to the Owners and/or Tenants by the Association. Our Operating Budgets translate the decisions made regarding the Operational Plan and the relationship among entities into a statement of Cost of Operations.
In our nearly thirty years of experience with creating Proforma Operating Budgets for CIDs we have dealt with the gamut of project types, complexities and sizes. Our work includes standard small scale condominium and Planned Unit Development (PUDs), expansive golf course communities to urban multi entity, multi use high-rises which have included multi level parking, commercial uses, hotels and condominiums. Our experience also includes planning and budgeting for Fractional Interest properties.
