Our model has been developed so that all of the information necessary to maintain your home is right at your fingertips. The manual is broken down into sections dealing with components such as as the building exterior, roofs, flooring, appliances.

In addition to specific maintenance requirements of each component and information on make, model, etc., we will develop checklists for monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual tasks that should be performed.
