We will work with you ensure that the project funding and progress continue down parallel paths. Developing the trust and relationship with the General Contractor at the outset of a project is of paramount importance. We set regular meetings to review progress and balance that with the budget.
Multi-family
We are available to review draw requests from General and Sub-Contractors and to audit the work performed to date. Our review is focused on an equitable relationship between the contractor and lender to ensure that the interests of both are maintained.
